My folks are visiting for Thanksgiving and have been thrilled with our homegrown meals. Tonight we had a venison(deer) stew that turned out amazing, plus homemade french bread and squash pie. The stew was the remains of last nights venison with balsamic reduction sauce and shallots. It amazes me too !!
